Mr. Francisco XL da Cruz, graduated in Philosophy from The University of Saint Joseph, Macau in 1964, used to be Portugese Army Officer 1968-1974, Vice Governor of East Timor in 1975-1982; Member of the Supreme Advisory Council of the Republic of Indonesia 1978-1993; Ambassador at large of the Republic of Indonesia with Special Task 1973-2000; Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Greece in Athens 2000-2004. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Portugal in Lisbon 2005-2009, Mr Francisco XL da Cruz being Senior Counsel of the Firm since 2012 has advised a number of clients from abroad to do business in Indonesia.

Dr. Wymann is a Swiss national and holds a Master's Degree in business law from the University of Bern, Switzerland; and read business law at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, USA. He has vast experience in European Union business contract law, Swiss business law and US business law. A major field of work was mergers and acquisitions in Europe and the US. Dr. Wymann is especially qualified for legal questions regarding banking, finance, compliance and due diligence and has worked in and with major global banks. He has also successfully completed many project finance ventures, and is experienced in venture capitals deals.

Mr. Erwan Sentana as a managing partner of ES&P Law Firm in 2006. He is a founder partner of the Firm, Mr. Erwan Sentana graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Indonesia (STHI) Jakarta, holding Advocate and Capital Market Licenses. He is members of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM). Mr. Erwan Sentana has extensive legal experience on oil & gas, infrastructures, mining resources, capital market, banking and finance, Intellectual Property Right, litigation, corporate and commercial matters M&A, foreign investment, labor for both local and foreign clients doing business in Indonesia. Prior to set up the firm, he has worked for 15 (fifteen) years with reputable local law firms in Jakarta and lastly has been retained by a New York law firm based in Jakarta Office, Coudert Brothers LLP / PT CB Indonesia for 5 (five) years as sole local lawyer.

He also involved in criminal and civil litigation cases representing either local and foreign individual or entity clients.
